Integrated Resources

From the variable energy resources available in nature, DGCO can deal with projects on petroleum systems, geothermal resources, and subsurface fluid hydrodynamics.

DGCO has the capability to analyze main components of petroleum systems and assess the potential for oil and gas on basin level. Our experience cover both the conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon resources. Previous knowledge and experience in the Arabian basin help us to produce robust analysis of the petroleum system components. We can also work on only selected petroleum system components.

DGCO builds on the wide knowledge on subsurface geothermal systems of Saudi Arabia and the way they evolved to assess potential for energy from these geothermal systems. We can construct subsurface geothermal system models, develop pilot well testing strategies, and assess test results. These results are essential for engineering assessments for construction of energy projects from geothermal systems.

One of the strong tools in developing mature plans for exploration and development of petroleum plays and prospects is the understanding of subsurface hydrodynamics. DGCO is highly specialized in hydrodynamic data analysis that can be used to make right decisions in exploration and development of oil and gas systems at both regional and prospect scales. In hydrodynamic analysis, we integrate subsurface fluid data; pressure, salinity, temperature, density, etc., with rock properties to generate hydrodynamic models that fit with proponent objectives
